D-Ring Yoga Strap

Strap is perfect for using as an extension of your limbs when stretching. For example, if a pose requires you to grasp your feet, you can loop the strap around them. Then, use the metal D-ring to tighten the strap and stretch yourself deeper.

2 x Foam Yoga Blocks

Foam blocks are perfect for bringing the floor closer to you when stretching and giving you extra support and stability. Softer than cork blocks for superior comfort during sitting and back poses. Plus, they have bevelled edges for a firm, comfy grip.

Lightweight to Carry

Blocks and strap are lightweight and compact to easily pop in your bag and carry to classes. Made from closed-celled EVA foam, the blocks are also non-absorbent. So, they won't absorb sweat and are easy to wipe clean after a hot yoga session.

How To Use Your Foam Yoga Block and Strap Set

Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana III)

Start Standing – Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, yoga blocks in front.
Shift & Lift – Shift your weight onto one leg, and lift the other leg behind you.
Balance & Hold – Rest your hands on the blocks and hold the balance.

Bird Dog

Start on All Fours – Get into a tabletop position with one knee and opposite hand on blocks.
Extend Opposite Limbs – Reach one arm forward and the opposite leg back, keeping your body straight.
Return & Switch – Lower both limbs back down and repeat on the other side.

Crow Pose (Bakasana)

Start in a Squat – Begin in a low squat on a yoga block, hands on the floor in front of you.
Lift Hips & Engage Core – Press into your hands and lift your hips, bringing your knees to the backs of your upper arms.
Shift Forward & Lift Feet – Lean forward gently, lifting feet off the ground, and resting head on upright block.
